Terms of Service

1. What Qrix does
Qrix generates branded, scannable QR codes and hosts a short link for each code so it resolves when scanned. You can see scan counts for your codes, and change a code's destination after it's printed — a limited number of times per code on the free plan, without limit on paid plans.
2. Your content and acceptable use
You must have the right to use any logo, image, or destination you provide, and you confirm this when you generate a code. You may not create codes that impersonate a brand you don't represent, point to malware or phishing, or otherwise break the law. We screen destinations for known malicious sites and may disable any code that violates these terms — a disabled code stops resolving.
3. Plans, billing, and quotas
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and include a monthly generation quota. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Failed generations are not counted against your quota.
4. Availability and warranty
We work to keep codes resolving and scannable, and we measure scannability against multiple scanner types before delivering a code. We can't guarantee every physical scanner, print process, or surface, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Test any code on your target device and material before printing at scale.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Billing page — this cancels any subscription, disables your codes, and removes your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
