What we collect

Your account email (from Google sign-in), the codes you generate and their destinations, uploaded logos, and the images we generate for you. When someone scans your code we record a scan count plus a coarse record — the time, device type, browser and OS family, and a salted hash of the IP address (never the raw IP) — for your analytics and abuse prevention. We do not store the raw IP or build profiles of the people who scan your codes.

How we use it

To generate and host your codes, show you scan counts, enforce plan quotas, screen destinations for malicious sites, and process payments. We don't sell your data.

Processors we rely on

Google Cloud (hosting, database, and storage), Stripe (payments — we never see your full card number), and Google (sign-in). Your generated code images are stored so you can re-download them; because a printed QR code is meant to be scanned publicly, code images are served from public URLs.

Retention and deletion

We keep your codes and account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Billing page — it cancels any subscription, disables your codes (they stop resolving), and removes your logos, generation history, and account record. For a copy of your data, contact support@qrix.cc.
